Designed by Gino Sarfatti in 1958, this suspension lamp providing diffused light via a large number of small bulbs which can be switched in two sections.  Made from a steel central structure with brass arms, both available either chromium-plated or gilded, the 2097 is a striking reminder of how long contemporary design has been around.
