Cancellations – (before delivery)
Bespoke Items or Special Orders
If the items ordered are not from stock, we will have made an order for a supplier to make them specifically for you. Unless we receive your written notification to cancel within 7 working days of you receiving our first order acknowledgement by e-mail, we regret to advise you that we will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the full selling price.
Items from Stock
If, after having placed your stock order, you do not wish to proceed with the order, you may cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. Please advise us by emailing us at sales@ponsford.co.uk <mailto:sales@ponsford.co.uk> . Once we acknowledge receipt of your cancellation, you will receive a full refund using the same method as your original payment.
Refunds / Returns – (after delivery)
Made to measure or Bespoke Items (These are shown on web as special order items.) In respect of these products our usual refund policy does not apply, and products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Items from Stock
Where large products are returned as unwanted, we reserve the right to make a charge of £75 to cover the collection cost. We require that any items for return must be in a saleable condition, clean and if possible, put back into their original packaging.
